How do I sign up?

Step 1: Decide on your payment options. Review and meet application and financial deadlines.

Step 2: Fill out an application for the trip and deliver it with deposit to Dr. Glenn Corillo or Michelle Jordal (Financial Aid suite - VB campus) OR register online at www.explorica.com

· Applications are located on a black, wire rack outside of office 424 OR register online at www.explorica.com - using the applicable Tour Code. 

• You may only register online if you are paying the $95 non-refundable deposit via credit card online at that time 
• Pay $95 non-refundable deposit at time of turning in the application - payment may be made via personal check, money order or credit card. Please make checks payable to Explorica.

Step 3: Turn in $95 non-refundable application fee with application or register online www.explorica.com

To register online with Explorica (education tour company) for the Study Abroad trips

1. Go to www.explorica.com

2. Enter the relevant Tour Center id: EXAMPLE: Corillo-1054 for Amsterdam/Italy -- Fall 2008 trip

3. Click "Go"

4. Click the red box that says "Sign me up"

5. You will need a credit card to register online to pay the non-refundable $95 with is subtracted from the total tour fee

6. Just proceed with the prompts (if you are under 24 - choose the triple room/ if you are 25 + choose the double room)

7. If you are interested in insurance, I would suggest the medical and cancellation, but read those sections carefully

8. Once registered online, Explorica will send updates and emails to your registered email account

9. If you have any problems registering online, please call 1 888 310 7120 and speak with an Explorica representative.
